Important Information: Each chef will provide the exact number of samples (250) outlined in this agreement. All leftover food samples will remain property of the Festival and will be provided to Festival staff and volunteers.
All chefs should wear a chef's outfit for the event - no street clothes please.
Pan American Food & Music Festival will provide a host, production coordinator, and volunteers to ensure the programming runs smoothly.
We require all competitors to do a minimum of TWO social media posts before the event for their followers, and at least 1 during or after the event.

6. FILE REQUIREMENT
Chef and Food Images
After receiving the email with the contract attached as a PDF, kindly reply with a photo of yourself and your food.
The format should be in JPEG and 1200 px × 1800 px with a maximum weight of 3 MB each.
*The Festival will retain the right to publish and distribute the recipe and use it for promotional purposes, in this and future years.
7. FILMING INFORMATION
Pan American Food & Music Festival and ArtsXplosion reserves the right to record, film, stream, live stream, photograph and commercialize all programming during the festival. All recordings will be the property of ArtsXplosion. You grant Pan American Food & Music Festival, ArtsXplosion, its employees, contractors, and all media the right to record, stream, live stream, film, tape and photograph for the purposes of promotion and media coverage for the festival. This will include all forms of media including, but not limited to, live broadcast, print, email and website usage.
